One Stop Aviation Does It All

“One Stop Aviation is an FAA certified repair station whose name says it all,” says owner and manager Rick Snover.

“We are the one-stop shop for every engine need.”

Although One Stop suffered a fire at its primary facility in March of this year, it has remained fully operational and has been upgraded with several enhancements along the way.

According to Rick, One Stop can overhaul everything from a single cylinder to a complete engine. With a large selection of more than 500 overhauled cylinders in stock, turn around time for a single cylinder is two days.

One Stop also offers complete engine “prep” work.

“A customer brings in their parts and we clean, visually and dimensionally inspect, Magnaflux and Zyglo as necessary,” explained Rick. “We then recondition and machine parts so they are ready for reassembly.”

“We also offer Ultrasonic inspection, crankshaft and connecting rod balancing.”

With the recent addition of a new SuperFlow flow bench, One Stop now offers volumetric flow matching for all cylinder types. One Stop uses a number of parts suppliers including D&S Cam Corp, AEA, and Aircraft Specialties, and is a distributor for the following:
